Paper Peaks Refund Policy

At Paper Peaks, we are dedicated to providing you with top-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below for details on how we handle refunds and returns.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1.1 Return Period
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
1.2 Condition of Products
The item(s) you wish to return must be in new, unused, and damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, due to each order being custom printed for our customers, exchanges on maps are not eligible for refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
2.1 Contact Us
Send an email to our customer support team at thepaperpeaks@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Description of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photo of defect
2.2 Return Authorization
Upon receiving your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible. Please do not return any items without first obtaining an RA number, as this helps us process your request more efficiently.
2.3 Return Shipping
In cases where the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect, Paper Peaks will cover the shipping. When returning items, please use a trackable shipping method supplied by Paper Peaks.
3. Processing Your Refund
3.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
3.2 Refund Issuance
If the return is approved, we will process your refund and send out a new, identical product to the one ordered. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and re-shipped will depend on shipping method and location of customer.
3.3 Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
At this moment, due to at order printing, Paper Peaks does now offer exchanges on products unless damaged or miss-printed upon receipt.
